Established in 2007, the Checkin Group represents a pioneering collaboration between Essential Edinburgh Business Improvement District, Edinburgh’s hotel industry and local police forces, united with a single vision—to combat all forms of hotel-related crime. Our mission is clear: to forge a secure and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and visitors across our member hotels.
Today, we are proud to count over 80 prestigious hotels as active participants in our network. The Checkin Group is committed to:
